I was playing around with some hairstyles a few months ago (because that’s what I do in my spare time to keep bringing you fun styles) and I came up with this one.
I thought it was fabulous and came out to show the fam.
My dad said, “Hey, Great Gatsby. Nice hair-do.”
I had no idea what he meant. Turns out it’s a book. My dad graduated college in English Literature. He’s always referencing something or other. (I’ve stopped asking questions.)
Now I know about the book, and the Roaring 20′s (or at least the styles. The book sounded dull). So in my house, this do is called the Great Gatsby.
You can use a knit headband, or what I love is a dressier headband. So that’s what we’re giving away.
Lilla Rose is a fabulous website with lot of really pretty hair accessories. In fact, they had so many cute things, I couldn’t decide what I liked best. So they’re giving us three separate giveaways!
